Staff shortages are a much discussed topic this year. To bind and retain employees, internal mobility, career paths and retention are more important than ever. And automation helps with this. Because, learning to automate in the workplace helps bind and retain talent. We submitted a submission about the automation tool we work with.
An organization collects, visualizes, analyzes and intervenes using data, but decides to go one step further by automating these interventions. Within our Learning Suite, this can be done with the automation tool. It is user-friendly, works in flow-of-work and helps create data-driven marketing campaigns.
Learning Technologies received more than 450 entries, but our automation tool stood out. They proudly nominated the automation tool within the category: 'most innovative new learning technologies product'.
Our partner Learning Pool went home with a bronze award for the learning technologies organization of the year category. The judges rewarded the entry for Learning Pool's presence, reputation and rapid expansion. The judges were also impressed by its dedication in guiding and supporting customers and learners to reach their full potential in a smart way. Learning Pool's products and services, of which we are exclusive reseller in the Netherlands and Belgium, are highly valued and solve problems for customers. In addition, the innovative customer and partnerships prove that impact is realized, with the team doing everything possible to add maximum value.
