Nudging. Every day we are confronted with it. Automated messages that remind you of the garment that's in your digital shopping cart, whether you're reaching your goal of 10,000 steps a day, or whether your package is at the post office. They're everywhere. But how does this work in business? And specifically, how does this work within Learning & Development.
Mathias Vermeulen (Learning & Development expert) will talk about it during Meeting More Minds on Thursday, November 17 at 4:00 pm. During an hour-long session, Mathias will take you into the world of nudging by answering questions such as: what is nudging, which examples are already there, how can you use nudging within Learning & Development, but also: how can you get started with this tomorrow. In addition, we take a look at Next Learning Valley's Learning Suite. A dynamic learning ecosystem in which nudging is possible.

About Mathias Vermeulen
Mathias Vermeulen has more than 15 years of experience in the world of learning and development, in various roles: as a training salesman, as an internal L&D business partner, as the manager of a small company and as co-founder of an EdTech start-up. From these different angles, he has in recent years specialized mainly in the intersection of learning and technology, and in this capacity he tries to spread his ideas and opinions at home and abroad. And that this opinion is quite appreciated, as evidenced by the many speaking engagements he has had the pleasure of doing since 2013.
