Job opening: Learning & Development Consultant

To further strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant who is energized by innovation, collaboration, and building Learning Suites that really work.

Your role

In this role, you will guide customers in developing and technically implementing their Learning Suite. You will translate their learning strategy into an effective learning ecosystem in which technology, content, and user experience reinforce each other.

You will work with StreamLXP, Learning Locker, Waves, and our own tools that we are currently developing, using them to bring modern learning concepts to life:

• Personalized Learning
• Social Learning
• Data-Driven Learning
• Skill-based learning

In addition, you will act as a sparring partner for clients, guide change processes, and actively share knowledge both within and outside NLV. You will do this through presentations, blogs, and inspiration sessions, among other things.

What you bring to the table

You have an academic background in educational science and strong analytical skills. You move smoothly between strategy and implementation and feel at home in an environment where innovation and collaboration are key.
