Many organizations and educational institutions get bogged down in traditional learning methods. The result? Knowledge gets stuck in silos, employees are insufficiently involved and training courses deliver too little. Within the MBOin2030 program, together with education experts, we have shown that things can be done differently - with Social Learning as a catalyst for knowledge sharing, innovation and sustainable impact.

From informing to activating
In MBOin2030, Social Learning was deliberately used to go beyond mere knowledge transfer. Teachers and education experts were actively involved in an open learning environment where they not only learned, but also reflected together, shared ideas and collaborated. This approach created meaningful dialogue and strengthened the power of innovation within vocational education.

The learning intervention was designed as a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) - a scalable, interactive learning experience that focuses on social interaction and reflection.
