Next Learning Valley Voted Highly Commended

Next Learning Valley, the Dutch pioneer in innovative learning technologies, has been voted Highly Commended at Learning Pool Live in London. The start-up was nominated for an award in the Best Learning Project category with the VodafoneZiggo Business Case. A category that recognizes excellence in content, use of technology and organizational needs; the project has led to a lasting, measurable and positive impact in the organization.

VodafoneZiggo, Dutch telecommunications giant, was looking for a better learning solution that would make the process of learning and development more attractive to employees. Next Learning Valley activated Social Learning for the Customer Service Training Academy through MOOCs & SPOCs to integrate learning into the work environment. As the leader's goals evolved, the need for a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) arose. With this technology, there was room for two new academies: the Retail Academy and the B2B Academy.

Meaningful impact at VodafoneZiggo

Next Learning Valley (NLV) offers personalized, social and data-driven learning with innovative learning technologies such as the LXP, an LRS and Automation. The combination of these concepts and technologies resulted in a future-proof digital learning ecosystem for VodafoneZiggo's three academies. Employee satisfaction rose from 7.2 to 7.9 and employee retention increased by as much as 20%. Meaningful impact was thus realized, judged Learning Pool Live.

Today, NLV and the three academies are discovering opportunities to activate learning technologies that provide employees with the right skills at the right time. On Oct. 14, 2021, Learning Pool, global provider of e-learning solutions, celebrated their ^15th anniversary during a day of innovation. Attendees were inspired by experts in the Learning & Development industry and the winners of Learning Pool Awards 2021 were announced.
