The MOOC: Innovation and AI in Learning brings together L&D professionals from around the world to explore how AI is innovating our field. You will learn not only from experts and inspiring examples, but most importantly from each other. It is a social, interactive experience where you reflect, exchange ideas and apply them directly to your own practice.

Technical knowledge is not necessary - curiosity and the will to innovate are.

Over four weeks, you will engage in videos, articles, short assignments and discussions. You'll earn badges for your contributions, share your experiences and build a valuable network.

This is what the program looks like

• Week 1 - The Basics
  We start together and explore what AI and innovation mean for L&D now. What does it take to be ready for change?
  How do you experience innovation in your work? Where are opportunities and challenges?
• Week 2 - AI in design & strategy
  We look at how AI influences learning design and strategy. From personalized learning to gamification, what works in practice?
  What would an AI-driven approach look like for you?
• Week 3 - Improving with Data & AI
  We discover how AI helps measure impact and enhance learning. You will participate in a live session and translate insights to your own situation.
  How do you measure learning impact now? What could AI add?
• Week 4 - Future-proof learning
  We look ahead: what will learning look like in 2030? What role do AI, ethics and humanity play?
  What skills are needed to stay relevant in the future?

Learning by sharing

This is not traditional e-learning. You learn primarily through interaction, reflection and dialogue. Together with colleagues from the profession and experts, you will discover new perspectives and ideas.
