At Next Learning Valley, we strive to help organizations realize their full potential. We believe in generating new ideas and developing learning ecosystems to maximize the potential of individuals within their organizations. Time and again, we are proud of the success we see in our clients. And some even perform so well that we, at NLV, feel they deserve appreciation in the form of the "Hats off" award. François says:

"Throughout history, taking off your cap or hat has been a sign of respect and recognition for excellence. At Next Learning Valley, we want to show our appreciation to people who embody excellence. That's why we introduced our own award.

The "Hats off" award honors people who rise above themselves and deserve our deepest respect. We look specifically at our core values at Next Learning Valley: innovative, personal, professional, proactive and impactful.

Innovative
Innovation is in our DNA. We are constantly looking for ways to apply the latest insights and technologies, both internally and with our partners. We challenge our partners to step outside the box and experiment to ultimately become more effective and efficient in their training.

Personal
We value personal connections. We maintain regular contact and do our best to understand the deeper needs of others. We like to take that extra step to really get to know others.

Professional
We strive for excellence in both content and guidance when supporting our partners. We continue to continuously learn, brainstorm with colleagues and clients, and evaluate projects during and after completion to perform at a high level.

Proactive
We believe it is essential to be proactive in addressing needs and challenges. We strive to identify the underlying needs and challenges and discuss and address them directly.

Impactful
We always strive to make an impact. This can range from inspiring people during meetings or presentations to providing training and making the impact we have on an organization measurable. The latter involves tangible, concrete impact with which we actually make a difference.

Some of the people we work with stand out and outshine others by far. In our opinion, these people deserve more recognition, which is why we created the "Hats off" award."
